  • Products with incorrect size, color, quantity, or insufficient quantity compared to the order.
  • Products do not match the advertised image.
  • Goods are defective, chipped, or broken upon delivery.

Note: Customers must prove the shortcomings of Enbi Bao Bao Nail & Spa during the production or delivery process with valid documents to complete the return process as well as support in recording and upgrading customer service.

Free return

Returns are only accepted on the same day of delivery, as soon as the customer checks and receives the product.

Goods that have not been used or have been used but have technical problems that cannot be fixed, goods that do not meet the quality criteria used due to technical errors in production.

The delivered goods are not of the correct type or model as ordered by the customer.

Returns must be paid for additional fees

In cases of returning products of different models or types due to the customer’s wishes, additional costs due to changes in models or types will be paid by the customer. The fees for each order are detailed at each time.

Other additional costs (if any): transportation, packaging,… the customer will bear the costs according to the regulations of Enbi Bao Bao Nail & Spa.
